ditto on what Tanky said... just get a small glass like a shot glass or something and fill it with thinner and put the needle in overnight... shake it around the next day to try to get loose paint out and try it.. if worse comes to worst, you can remove the needle from the tip by gently pulling and twisting, then clean the inside of the tip out and make sure the needle is clean as well...

Problems, with an aztek? That's kinda rare... Big Smile [:D]Blush [:I]Clown [:o)]

OK, it sounds like your tip is clogged. Whenever I had this problem, I'd take the tip apart and soak it in thinner overnight and then carefully scrub it clean.

tried spraying some model master acrylic today. thinned with model master acryl thinner. i know it was thin enough, but my airbrush was having trouble spraying it. i'd pull the lever all the way back and it just wouldn't spray. and when it did it just burst the paint forth and it immediatly spidered. it looked like maybe the paint was drying on the needle but i couldn't tell. i tried spraying it really thin and then thickened it up. i also sprayed with pressure from 10 to 40 psi. all the same result. anybody know whats going on?
