I Agree with Tom. Either the chuck that holds the needle is loose or it was reassembled incorrectly so that the linkage isn't engaging properly. Most likely just a loose chuck.

hmmm... the trigger moves but not the needle is what you are saying? maybe make sure the ring at the back of the airbrush that the needle goes through is tightened... have you disassembled it recently?

hi fellas-

I may or may not be having a problem. I got my airbrush out the other day to shoot some gray on a cockpit. I have a double action airbrush but it seems like the needle does not move front to rear as I move the trigger. Does it require lubrication? I can't find anything in the booklet that refers to it. It is a generic brush similar to a badger. I have an Anthem but I could not find anything there either. I tried to shoot some paint and nothing happend. I had properly thinned enamels (milk consistency). Any ideas? many thanks!
