                        I also decant from the rattle cans and always clean my airbrush with lacquer thinner.

                        I decant spraypaint all the time for use in my AB. With most of them they can be thinned and still spray nicely with lacquer thinner. You don't have to thin them though. However all the silver spraypaints I have tried work best if you don't thin them. Just decant and spray as is through the AB.

                        So, before I get started on this model I thought that I would try something new and different. I was going to spray paint the model in silver as my primer before I try out my new airbrush for the top coats. I have never heard of anyone doing this before so I am not quite sure if spray paint is the way to go on this one(worried about dippage more than anything else) or if I should just use testors silver enamel, which I know has a nice shine.
