Ok to store thinned Tamiya paint?
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, August 19, 2005 6:56 PM
I've found working ratios of sorts for Tamiya acrylics and their thinner/retarder: 4:1 for handbrushing, 2:1 for airbrushing.

Question is, would it be ok to keep some pre-thinned paint in a separate jar?

Yep storing them as already thinned is fine and I've never had any problems with it!
