Just to update you all on my previous post regarding the damage I thought I had done to my Badger200 model recently. Well I must have been very ham fisted and lucky last time as I just went to remove the head in order to seal with some wax and the head just snapped clean off leaving the threaded portion retained in the body

For good measure I then dropped (accidentally honest) the body onto a hard concrete surface and deformed the front face so even if I could extract the threaded stub and obtain a new head I will never get a good seal. I have salvaged all of the tip, needle, air valve, handle etc and consigned the rest to the bin

Now I have no reason not to use my new 150 (and learn quick) but what I don't know is whether my 200 was so upset about my adultery with another brush that she decided to leave or whether this is just the push I needed and self sacrifice on the 200's part to get me on and using the double action 150 LOL
