Just to update you all on my previous post regarding the damage I thought I had done to my Badger200 model recently. Well I must have been very ham fisted and lucky last time as I just went to remove the head in order to seal with some wax and the head just snapped clean off leaving the threaded portion retained in the body
! For good measure I then dropped (accidentally honest) the body onto a hard concrete surface and deformed the front face so even if I could extract the threaded stub and obtain a new head I will never get a good seal. I have salvaged all of the tip, needle, air valve, handle etc and consigned the rest to the bin
Now I have no reason not to use my new 150 (and learn quick) but what I don't know is whether my 200 was so upset about my adultery with another brush that she decided to leave or whether this is just the push I needed and self sacrifice on the 200's part to get me on and using the double action 150 LOL
