I owned oil-less twin piston air compressor w/ automatic on/off (without tank). Off if pressure reach 60 PSI and on again at 40 PSI (no pulsation if working on 40 PSI).
I already set up the regulator to 15 - 20 PSI during brushing but this stuff has too many frequency of shut off/on. I think it has been worked very hard.
Do your experience assume this is normal and no impact at durability of piston or other inside parts?
How to adjust this pressure w/out changing auto on/off switch, so I get the required pressure stick on whatever PSI and no pulsation.
Is it a way out to add second regulator to reduce pulsation and eliminate also on/off frequency? What PSI tolerate to pulsation for this kind of compressor? Any input pls..
