The link doesn't work to the Dixie Art web page, but from what I can see they are both the same airbrush, the Paasche VL.
It is a good airbrush and is the biggest selling double-action airbrush of all time. I had one at one time and it is the airbrush I learned to paint with. I sold mine because I did not like the feel of the fat body of the airbrush after trying a Vega 2000.
