                        if i mix tamiya flat clear with tamiya clear gloss, will i get clear flat that wont fog?

                        and will it work with future?

                        You would get a semi-gloss. Depending on how you mix the ratio would determine the amount of sheen. As for fogging, try it on an old test model and see what happens.
