first of all where did you get is it used or new. second e-mail or call Devilbiss custamer sevice and find out if they have any info on that particular airbrush and tell them the prob you are haveing and if they could help you out.

Ok...

Quite clearly there is air leaking back into the paint flow. I'm not familiar with this brush at all, but looking at a diagram here,


I would guess that the washer at 3 has failed or is missing, or the nozzle/aircap assembly (1) and (2) in the diagram, has not been properly tightened.

Hi To All,, I Have A Devilbiss Sprite And When I Try To Spray With It I Just Get Like My Paint Blowing Back Through The Pot, Has Anybody Had This, If So What Am I Doing Wrong, The Airflow Works Great, When I Pull Back The Trigger To Release The Paint Without The Air It Drips Out The End Of The Gun, But As Soon As I Try It With The Air It Just Seems To Bubble And Blow Back,, Thanks For Your Help...
