Glosscoat, decal, glosscoat, apply titanium white watercolor straight
from the tube with just a touch of water mixed in using a q-tip. Let
dry then use a dry q-tip to scrub off some of the white, flat
coat....you can use Polly Scale clear flat but thin it with alcohol and
mist it on.
