You may want to take it to Pearl Paint on Canal Street just off Broadway.  I think the airbrush counter is on the 3rd or 4th floor.  I talked to the guy working the counter, who is an airbrush artist, and he was very knowledgable.  They also seem to have a ton of parts.  I don't know if they carry Sparmax, but I would give it try.

Given how close you are to the home office of Sparmax, contact them through http://saacol.com/ and find out. Depending on what repairs need to be done, a new A/B might be cheaper.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

David - not sure about the specific type of airbrush, maybe contacting the manufacturer themselves?  I know Badger and Iwata are good about making good on their airbrushes, even older ones!  I worse comes to worst maybe call some hobby and art stores... I am sure someone will have an answer!  Sorry I couldnt be more help!
