I have two of them, one is probably over 20 years old and was a hand-me-down, and the other is less than six months which I bought new. The new one has a fine needle for detail work and the other has the medium needle. I almost always use the medium needle one. I mostly use the color cup as I find the bottles a tad too large for 1:48 aircraft. I will eventually buy a Badger 100G for doing fine line work as the control is a little better.
Why do I want three airbrushes? The same reason I have six guitars, and five computers!
Actually I already have three airbrushes. I bought a clone of the Badger 350 (it's plastic
) which I bought solely because it came with a vinyl hose and was cheaper than the hose on it's own. Surprisingly it works rather well, and I use it for spraying Future. It was so cheap that if it clogs up I'll trash it and buy another! It came with three bottles and another color cup, as well.
