Hey Jesse,
I'm not sure if I have what you're looking for or not but I have a feeling it's the same tool and you're welcome to it. It has three "legs", all different from each other, a hole in the middle of the tool. I got it with a ModelMasters (Testors) GP100 a/b set. Never used it, well maybe once or twice. I generally use toothpicks and pipecleaners but regardless you can have it. Email me your address and I'll stick it in the mail for you. Let me know.
