Since anodizing is a coating to the aluminum surface, I would apply the metalizer, let it dry for a couple of days. Then I would tint some Future by adding food coloring and apply that over the metalizer. (1st choice)
You might also try some of the Tamiya transparent paints for overcoating the metalizer - either way, you are going to have to do some experimenting to determine which works best.
