Mr. Surfacer 1200
Has anyone that used this product as a primer noticed that it really sucks up the paint? I must have had to apply no less then 7 coats of paint to get good coverage. I ABed Tamiya XF-2 flat white and have used this color before and didnt seem to think that I had to apply that many coats in the past to get good coverage. Could ABing future over the primer help to avoid this? Or should I not worry about it and just apply as many coats as needed? I do like the Mr. Surfacer line and will continue to use it on my builds from here on.
