When I had mine. All I used was the Gray and Tan Nozzle. It didn't matter what paint I put through it as long as it was thin enough it would shoot it. They are rated for shooting Lacquers as well as acrylics.
Using the others only rated for Acrylics. I think they would shoot fine, but they may not be able to hold up to the enamel thinner or cleaning solvent you would use to clean them. After a while they may dissolve on you.
The only thing you may want to keep in mind is at some point you may have to pull the nozzle itself apart to clean it. It says that you do not have to do this, but after a time or 2 paint will start to build up on the spring and hinder the spray quality of the nozzle. At least they did on mine.
As for the paint booth I really can't say. I only use Acrylics now and don't really have a need for one yet. At least that is what I am told by SWMBO. The box and open window I use is just fine for the moment
