airtank fitting problem
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, March 13, 2006 3:57 PM

I have a sparmax ac-100 tank. If my measurments are correct it has a 1/4" i.d. male output  which goes directly to a reg/moisture trap which also has a 1/4" i.d. male output. My problem is that (until I tore it) I had a hose which had 1/4" on both ends. This was good cause I run Iwata brushes that take a 1/4" into the brush. The problem is that I can't seem to find a replacement hose or part that will reduce from the more standard 1/2" (i think) to 1/4" on the tank end. anyone know if I can get a part or hose that will make this transition?

                                                                                                                     Thanks;

You should be able to buy a 1/2" to 1/4" reducer at a store that sell pneumatic tools, even at places like Home depot or Wally World.

So long folks!
