Just got a new airbrush
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, March 30, 2006 10:00 AM
After my Badger 150 quit working as it should (I replaced every thing that can be replaced on that airbrush) I was put in front of a decision - which new airbrush to buy? I said if I'm gonna buy it, I'll buy something very good - and after reading a bunch of forums I decided on this one:

Harder & Steenbeck Evolution 2in1 (Standard package)
It comes in a sturdy yellow case and fits into hand like charm. It's also quite heavier than B150 indicating even more precise work for me. I can't wait to try it out!

Here are the pics

Looks like a nice airbrush.
Send your 150 back to Badger and they will fix it for you.

What Mike said! There is no reason for a 150 not to work properly if it is cleaned and has the proper O-ring and washers.

So long folks!

I've changed complete head assembly, all the rings and cleaned it thoroughly with no success...

What about the needle bearing?

I will not say anything on the Badger 150 as I don't like its grip ( I don't say I don't like Badgers, it is only the 150 ) only that you should follow our chaps advice to send it to Badger so they'll fix it for you.
About the Evolution, I can tell you that you will be delighted with it. I own several of the older models and I see you got a Silverline. Did you take the 0.15 needle/nozzle set ? It is very nice to use.
Tell us about your feelings when you use it.

Thank you all for coming José

the needle bearing was changed, too...
I might send it to Badger, one day...

Torio, I will try it today; I can hardly wait :)
