Anytime my friend. Smile [:)]

I would thin them Eddie.
Try a 2:1 ratio of paint to thinner as that is usually what works best.

Now this seems like a good pointEvil [}:)] I hadn't thought of it that wayShock [:O] This is why I enjoy these forums!! Thanks fellasThumbs Up [tup]

one more Q:  do I need to thin the acrylics for the A/B or is it fine outta the bottle?

Eddie

What acrylics are you using?

Mostly Testors, couple of MM and a couple of  Gunze Sangyo (clear Red & clear Blue).  The last two I knew were acrylics & I just opened the Testors set I had ordered about 2 months agoShock [:O] The MM  I think was just in the wrong slot when I grabbed it.... The testors set has the various grays I'll need to do up my Star Trek models (1/350 PL NX-01, 1/1000PL 1701 & [2] AMT 1/2500 Enterprise sets)
My knowledge of acrylics is somewhat limited & I just tried the Dark Ghost gray out last night on the A-6A Cockpit & seemed to go on rather nicelySmile [:)]

Thanks Mike.  Would it be advisable to "future it" before spraying the acrylics... just incase I Censored [censored] goof up? I mostly work with enamels & I ended up getting some acrylics as I couldn't find them in enamels which is why I am asking.
Is there anything I should know about the differences, etc?

Eddie

Eddie,

Just spray the acrylics right over the enamels once the enamels are thoroughly dried.

What's the proceedure for painting acrylics over enamels? Do I use Future over the enamels then work the acrylics?
