Just ordered the Paasche Regulator for my compressor so, that ought to give me more action & less  pressure on the airflow right?Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Hey Ed,

I'm not sure if these are the ones you are talking about -

You might have :
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=47791

You might be looking at:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=93506

But I would bump it up a notch, for $20 you could get a Vega 600 single action, bottom-feed of much better quality. You can also get different size paint bottles - thin, short, thick, etc...

My 2 cents [2c]

You are correct. I have the 1st. oneSmile [:)] it's good for general over-all painting such as car bodies, Gray/White Navy a/c but, It don't fit right in my hand (like a 5 yr. old shooting a 12 gauge). I was looking at the 2nd item but, I may have a Badger 175 to contend with by this time next week Tongue [:P]Big Smile [:D] Shock [:O]Approve [^]   thanks to someone here in the forums for looking around for me & hooking me up without breaking my pocketbookWink [;)]

I have the Central Pneumatic: Hobby Airbrush Kit from Harbor Freight. Got it for $5 on sale and I picked up the central Pneumatic compressor as well. Works good. "if" I can find something better at a "reasonable" price (within my limited budget) I am open to the possabilities...
Thanks Tom, I appreciate your looking around.

Keep the razors sharp fellas!

Ed - which siphon fed do you have?  Because there's a chance yours is better than that one.. It would do pretty good for all over coverage, and with some coaxing and masking do hard edged camo but not much more than that... let me look around a little bit and see what I can find out for you for a "step up" type brush that won't kill your pocketbook...

Tom, I haven't seen the gravity feeds yet (in person) I did look  at dixieart.com and another site today and seen a side feeder.  Heck, on my "limited" budget, I'm lucky to afford the paint to run thru my bottom feeder!Black Eye [B)]
My only complaint with the bottom feeder is, I don't like the way it sits in my hand.
What's your take on the Quick-change type gun?

Ed- since you have a siphon feed, have ya considered a gravity fed?  you can really go to the next level with it and it's a cinch to clean!  Both Iwata and Badger make some good ones with decent price tags (dixieart.com, about $65 for either)

What is your opinion on a Quick-Change A/B over a single action Bottom feeder? I'm looking at the one at Harbor Freight. I already have their bottom feeder which works pretty good.
just wondering how it is incomparision....
TIA,
Eddie
