I've also used acrylic paint cleaner you can buy from art supply stores, fairly cheap and works well.

Or if you are in the UK "Windowlene" or other ammonia containing window cleaners...  I use Vallejo almost exclusively and it really does the trick!!!  I think I heard someone say recently that Windowlene changed the formula and omitted the ammonia so you might want to read the ingredients on the bottle first.  I am sure there are other ammonia based window cleaners out there.

good luck!!!

I'd go with windex and water for acrylics.

You can use tap water. Windex is better. Isopropyl alcohol is also good to use but not as a thinner, just a cleaner. Vallejo tends to goo up when it has been thinned with iso. I have no problem using it to clean my airbrush though.

Happy modeling!

Take this plastic and model it!
