Thanks to you both for the  come back......I do have the Badger 360, and Badger 200-20 along with the Badger 100LG...And I started with and stil have the old Paasche "H".....I do use the 360 a lot because of the gravety feed small cup and can change colores faster, I was thinking about what i had read with the color cups swiveling from either left or right being a good idea.....How ever I've never thought about the  Badger 100 sidefeed.....I liked the Badger 200-20 because of the single action...I have a hard time getting the same setings everytime I use a double action and loved the 100LG because of the adjustment screw in front of the trigger as you can adjust it to the paint flow you want and use it like a single action A/B...So I'm thinking pros and cons now...And will buy the Badger 100 sidefeed and give it a try...as it also has th adjustment screw.....And as you said parts & needle's are interchangable so I'll get the fine needle and cap with the 100 sidefeed, good idea!

Thank you both for your advice and Thanks for letting me know the PasscheVSR90 is a piece of junk!!.....One more thing:" I Really wish we could be allowed to have spell check like Scale Model Forums have Our Sister Forum...It's so much easier and faster to check your spelling And Yes Jeff Herne..WE would use it"......................."RC"

I haven't used any of Paasche's double action airbrushes, but their H model single action seems to be constructed as solidly as an anvil and works like a champ.  On the other hand, if you do like your Badger 100 except for those times when the view is obstructed, did you consider the 100 side-feed model which DixieArt has for 10 bucks less than the Paasche?  Although not quite gravity feed, the brush suction has to lift the paint less than would a siphon feed like the 150, so you could probably spray at close to the same air pressures as you do with the gravity feed 100.  With the cup off to the side, you can at least look over the top of your air brush, and your needles and tips that you have for you 100 LG would be interchangeable.

Hello, chap
Your question is very subjective; would you be afraid if I told you that I bought one of those with pride, that I used it once ( I mean once ) that I cleaned it, put it back  into its box and returned it to the shop, as I found  it was really crap ?  I own a number of airbrushes, some that I  like more than others, but I  find  that  most of the  Paasche airbrushes  I've seen and touched  deserved to be  hidden in  the garden, not too close to a reserve of water, in case of pollution; in fact, I own a very old AB which I find wonderful, but I think it is the only  double action  they make correctly ( I don't know the simple action ones ); once again, it is a subjective opinion; I think that Iwatas and Badgers are well made (I don't like the grip of the 150  family but it is a matter of taste, not of making) and the most  eye catching  airbrushes I've seen are Harder & Steenbeck Evolutions ( you open  the box  and you  know it is a winner, Iwata CM C+ and Sotar did not  make this impression to me )
Now, it's only subjectivity. I'm no airbrush expert, only an amateur and I bet you'll find a hundred replies to tell you the VSR 90 is a wonderful airbrush ( well, a hundred may be too much concerning the VSR 90...). The wisest thing I can tell you is : try to touch and use one before getting it; if you are satisfied with it, then I will be very happy for you as you will have found the workhorse that suits you. Paasche have a wonderful commercial department in case you need spare parts, but I fear their construction of today is not what you can expect from a famous brand.

Thank you all for coming José

My new copy of Dixie Art Supplies Airbrush catalog came today, on pg #12 there a Paasche VSR90 gravity feed, double action that comes with 2 different size color cup's (1/8oz..,and 3/16oz)..The cups attach to the top of the A/B and Swivel left or right for Unobstructed view....Also comes with Both the #1 and #2 needle, tip and aircap selling price $69.95....

Has anyone here used this A/B?......Do you like it? I'm thinking of adding it to my  A/B's..I like the idea of the the "Swiveling cup to the right or to the left for the unobstructed view"....Thats the one thing I don't like about my Badger 100LG..And with free delivery, e-mail's from UPS telling me when it will be at my door..I'm tempted to buy this one....But?!.....What do you guys think about this Air brush? Good or bad I'd really like to know what you think?!! "Deal or no deal?" Thanks in advance....."RC"
