                        Does anyone know the working principles behind air pressure regulator? How does it work? Thanks

                        It's basically a tap. Open the tap and air comes out, open it more and more air comes out and vice versa. The guage measures how much pressure is being released. Simple really.

                        Take your garden hose and turn it on full blast, then step on it or bend it into a "kink". Basic compairison but same results.
