Due to an inherited tremor, I make lots mistakes trying to do the frames of canopies and windscreens. Frustration drove me to searching on the internet. I found a couple references to using dry erase pens to re-wet marks made by sharpie [permanent ink] and thus remove it. It doesn't matter what color you used just cover the mistaken area marked with a dry-erase pen and immediately rub off the slurry. It works. In my cases, i have to reapply the sharpie but for such a fix its worth it. haven't gotten the msds on either product but i don't think it too toxic in small doses; keep your eyes and nose out of the way.
