Paasche Flow Pencil ?

Has anyone had any experience with this Paasche Flow Pencil?
Model: FP-1/32
The
FP-1/32 Inch Flow Pencil is an ideal instrument to flow lines onto a
horizontal surface. Without masking or overspray, the operator can
stripe models, wood products, metal products, metal parts and other
surfaces needing decorative trim. Nib size determines the width of the
line.
Or should I just stick with learning how to create fine lines with my AB or future HP-CS?
