I just sprayed my P51 with Alclad aluminum after I primed it with Krylon Gloss Black. This is my first time using Alclad. Most of the paint job is fine, but there is a little spot on the underside of the wing that has many tiny wrinkles in it. I am not quite sure if it is orange peel or not. It really only affects about one half of a square inch, so I am not too worried, but I kind of want to display the finished model on a mirror, so if I can't get this fixed, I probably won't.
My question is, can I sand those wrinkles out and then apply another coat of Alclad? If so, what grit sandpaper should I use?
Thanks in advance!
