Mr. Color Cross Reference?
Posted by Ranger_Chris61 on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 12:25 AM
I am trying to find a cross reference sheet for Gunze Sangyo's Mr. Color line, I have loocked both on Google and here. If any one can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

From what I understand, the Mr Color range is lacquer based, the Aqueous Hobby Color range are acrylics. I believe the individual paint numbers do not correspond across the two ranges. (Though both ranges may not be available in all countries)

Here's a cross-reference list for the Aqueous Hobby Color range:

Edit: This cross-reference is in Polish, but it's not all that hard to work out what's what Smile [:)]

Well, so much for the best of my knowledge! I've only ever seen the acrylic line, and that very rarely.

I did some digging and found this chart that compares Humbrol to the Mr. Color line, it includes Tamiya so you'll eventually get there.

Good luck!

So long folks!
