Hi All,

Got the "Great White" compressor from CoastAirbrush.com, it arrived by FedEx and the box wasn't damaged...but the compressor had a small ding on top of the frame tubing. After a long talk with the CoastAirbrush boss and since the ding wasn't major or affects the compressor's operation I decided to keep this one, especially since this is the 4th compressor that has arrived damaged, just this time it's not major.

BearAir has refunded and made good on the last two compressors with HobbyLinc last in refunding on that first bad compressor. This Great White/SilentAire compressor is very quiet and loaded with great features that I won't be out growing anytime soon. After some practice spraying on paper and a few plastic jugs, I started with the undercoat black on the "65 El Camino's" frame and now am trying to decide what color for the body.

I have to say that BearAir and CoastAirbrush have been great in dealing with these problems and I would buy from both again, on the other hand, UPS still sucks and Hewlett Packard is not too far behind, (HP) has my new laptop that they say needs a new motherboard and after many run arounds on the phone with strange speaking people, they now say that they are going to send my laptop back for now and build me another one that is comparable or better because the MB is so far on backorder. When the new one arrives I can send the old one back. This I will believe when I see it.

In the meantime I'll enjoy having a compressor that works and learning more about airbrushing with my Badger 360 and just added Badger 150 Professional.

Robert
