                        Just remember not to invert the body of the brush after you withdraw the needle. The trigger button and the "back lever" (part no 50-042 in the diagram) will drop out and you may have a bit of a struggle getting everything back into exactly the right position (you need three hands to do this Wink [;)]).

                        Simply put, unscrew the head assembly. remove the rear needle cover. Loosen the needle lock nut and remove the needle. Go to badgers web site here and download an exploded view and parts break down of your airbrush. HTH

                        I have a badger 150 that I haven't used for 2yrs or so. I forgot how to disassemble my airbrush and was wondering if any one could help me with  step by step instructions on how to properly achieve this without totally messing up my airbrush or my needle. Also, is there any good instruction videos on proper painting techniques to achieve the best finish on models that I can? I know practice makes perfect, but I would like to know the best and proper ways to achieve that goal. Thanx a bunch. Glad to be apart of this forum w/ you guys.
