Add more unthinned paint.

You can also leave it uncapped for a while.  Often times while airbrushing, I find that I have to periodically add thinner to my color cup because the paint inside has thickened a bit since the beginning of my painting session.

Then your only options are to go out and buy more paint or open the container until some of the carrier/thinner evaporates (not at all precise and you risk having it get too thick again.)
