I use one very similar to that. It's good where you can actually hear any problems from your a/b. I like it as I can fill the tank and shut it off. After the kids are in bed, I can go a/b for about 10 min on a tank with no noise to wake them. On the flip side, it's more noisy than an a/b compressor, not by too much though. Plus mine came with a 2" brad nail gun for about the same price. It's also handy just to have for other stuff too. It was a good choice for me.

Edit* I had to buy a 1/4" male/male fitting for mine as the regulator  had a female fitting. Just a word of caution.

Take this plastic and model it!

Hi fellas,

I just noticed an add today at Menards for a Proforce Air Inflator. It's on sale for $47.00 and has a 2 gallon tank, oil free maintenance motor and up to 100 PSI.

I'm curious if anyone has used one of these for air brushing.
