Anybody tried Nail Varnish through their Airbrush???

Anybody been brave enough to try nail varnish through their precious airbrush??? You can get some fantastic colors with metallics/pearls but how hard is it to airbrush and what techniques are needed to do it.

I would imagine it dries ultra quick which could be a problem.

         So, any Ideas????????

This is a pretty standard "trick" of the auto crowd. Also considering that Badger sells a ton of their 100SG in special fingernail kits and T&C makes Vega and Omni "Nailaire" airbrushes, go for it. Just make sure you clean it very well (and soon after painting!) with the appropriate solvents. This might be a good time to consider getting an ultrasonic jewellry cleaner.

So long folks!

Medea Nail Colours are supposed to be sprayed without thinning; you can imagine the range of colours there. Be careful though as this kind of paint could damage plastic. As far as I know, car modelers always use primer (not only for this aspect of painting, but only to ensure their surface is flawless ).
