Wow, that is customer service!!! I guess as long as both are trying very hard to make it right, you can't be anything but happy, but I do feel for you. You got to play with a new toy, now you have to give it back to mom so she can take it back to the store... the old toys are never going to be as much fun again!!! they should pick it up today or tomorrow,,as soon as they have it back,they will ship a new one,,,hoping for a 1 1/2 -2 week turn around

Lone, seems you got this straightened out. That's Customer Service for ya Now how long before ya get a replacement?

talked to both this morning on conference call,,,,,,Bearair offered if i sent it back to them they would replace it(also said they wanted to check thier other inventory)....Badger stepped up and offered to have it picked up and replaced with a new personally inspected unit and shipped overnight.....that's service!! great job on both companies part......they were freaked by the fact that the cylinder head was open and that there was no manuals present,,,,,

Sounds like its broke to me. I would call them and tell them what is going on. If you don't have any luck with Bearair, call Badger and tell them what its doing. I'm sure if you complain enough you will either get your money back or get a new compressor! Good luck Lone
