could the generic nature of the ab have anything to do with the increased pressure I must use?

I spray between 22psi and 35psi it seems I have no choice.

i wouldn't see where it would affect the pressure at the other end as the compressor keeps the tank at a certain PSI and once it's full(line included) it replaces it as it's used

I have a ShopForce 2-gal air compressor from Meijer that I paid $50 for. I also have a generic airbrush (dual action) my daughter bought for me. It has a small cup for a bottom feed and it came with two small siphon bottles. I have about 35feet of hose on the ac unit. Does this affect the pressure to the ab? I must keep the pressure above 25psi to get any decent spray out of it.
