If the old compressor is still putting out consistant wind and is not a fire hazard, I wouldn't waste the $$$.  Better of spending the cash on a watertrap/pressure regulator combo.  Just my $.02

Well, I have read the posts about the various airbrushes on the different model forums and today I made my choice and acted on it.  From everything that I had read it seemed Iwata was the way to go.  In years past I had a Badger Model 200 and an one of the very first Model Master Aztecs.  I purchased an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS at the local Hobby Lobby.  Used my internet 40% off coupon on it and got a great deal.  I need to get a hose and a pressure gauge/water trap for it soon.  I do have one compressor question, I still have my Badger 180 compressor, going on 20 years old now.  Do you folks think it would do the job for the Iwata?
