I like the Badger 100 series a/b's. I have the 150, 100 LG,G and SG. I like the fact that most of the 100 parts are interchangeable. I won't be waiting on a replacement part over a weekend IF I have a problem. I can just A/B_Bash them, needles, tips, valves etc. Although parts are pretty easy to get locally here anyway. If you can,  get a fine tip and needle.       Cool [8D]

The Badger 100LG will do everything the Omni 4000 can do and more.

Go for it!

I just orderd a Badger 100LG i did alot of reaserch on the site for what iam going to use it for  For 1. i built alot of 1/32 german A/C so i can do real pencil thin fine lines with the 100LG  it was degsined for nail artist's. But it all depends on what your going to use it for from what i can tell the omni 4000 and 100GL are almost equals, But heres a peace from a thread here at FSM it was writen by MikeV hope it helps. Also if you can get badger parts easer thats the way i would go.

As MusicCity has already stated, I too prefer the Omni 4000 which is produced by Badger.
Another really good model is the Badger 100LG which is similar to the Omni 4000.
It all depends on what you want the airbrush for.
I have 9 Badger airbrushes and one Iwata and each has it's own characteristics that you may or may not like.
I prefer a gravity-feed airbrush for modeling and if I could only own one it would be the Omni 4000 or the Badger 100LG  By MikeV

Hi guys,  just wondering what you guys think of the badger 100lg airbrush compared to the omni 4000, as the 100lg medium is available locally and in Europe,  but the omni 4000 isn't available in Europe ( checked websites).  Which brush would be best suited for a beginner mostly for spraying 1/72 scale aircraft and dioramas?

I was leaning towards the omni but it does not seem to be available in Europe for some reason?

I guess I could order th omni 4000 over the internet but I would not have local support for parts and  etc..

Are there any other Air brushes similar to the omni 4000 performance wise?

Only been a member a short time but this is a great website especially the forums!!!!!!
