My pleasure David.

I hope you find what you are looking for.

Thanks for the reply. I see wholelines of paint on this link that I did not know existed. Who knew that Testors had a fantasy paint range? ....not me!

thanks again!

David

Did you check the color charts on Testors website?

I see a "Plum Crazy" in the car and truck auto enamels chart but am not sure if that's what you are looking for.

Eggplant purple in lacquer ?
Posted by PatlaborUnit1 on Monday, December 4, 2006 8:56 PM

Hey everyone.

Im looking for an eggplant purple, either in lacquer or enamel, but ill go with an acrylic if I have to, for a figure project. Anyone know of a good dark purple, not metallic nor pearl?

I have not come up with anything useful today, and I mixed a dozen batches of test paint and painted on scrap to see the effect with different ratios of red/blue/white/black/pink

thanks!

David
