Hey Floxy.  Check out the links on your other post and they should cover everything you need to know.  Plus a lot of practice will help.

Another link I thought of that will be very helpful is Swanny's Models.  Just go to the tools and tips section and there is a wealth of information.

i love my modeling and see some dio's and models and they have all this great painting detail and i wonder how do they do that it gives an extra dimension to the model. i hear all this talk about undercoats and hi-lighting. then i go down to my locale hobby shop and there are hundreds of paints and i have no idea which undercoat to use or which paint i need to use to hi-light. so i was wondering if someone could  give me a brief overview on all this. thanks a lot
