Hi, Rich, it is - just - possible to brush-paint with Xtracolor enamels, but they leave brush-marks, give inconsistent cover, and take forever to dry. Far better to stick with airbrushing them, though even when airbrushed, reckon on leaving at lest a day and a half before masking, even with Tamiya tape, and overpainting. White Ensign Models Colourcoats make a good range of 'authentic' enamels which are far more brush-paintable than Xtracolor. Also, so long as the colours you want are in their range, Humbrol enamels are, in my experience, plenty good enough for brush-painting. Cheers, Chris.
