The Paasche "H" mentioned above is one of the most commonly used airbrushes on the market and has been around for decades, so yes, replacement parts should be readily available.

It's a single-action, external mix design.

I have the Paashe H set and I did get mine on Evilbay for $40.00 and some change. Passche also sells two types of double action airbrushes which can also be purchased from Ebay as well as local retailers such as Hobby Lobby and Micheal's. I do know for a fact that Hobby Lobby does sell replacment parts for Paasche, Badger and Iwata Airbrushes.

Paasche H can be had on ebay for under $40.00 bucks.  Budget a few bucks a week and you'll be spraying in no time.
