FS 36622 paint match
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, July 2, 2007 9:46 PM
If anyone out there has the FS paint chip book, I need some help with a Light Gray color. The instructions call for FS 36622, but I can't find a Model Master match. I need some help in identifying a match from the commercially available paints. Does anyone have any ideas? Feel free to e-mail me or post a reply. Thanks.                    Bob

Try this web site here...

Excellent online resource for matching FS colors to model paint brands!

Closest match is Aircraft Gray FS 16473 MM# 1731

Haven't used it myself, but Gunze have a "Gray FS36622" (H311) in their acrylic line.

Thanks for the help guys.  After double checking my reference material, I overlooked the MM Camo. Gray. OOPS!! I think that I'm beginning to have " Senior moments " By the way, thanks for the tip on the IPMS website that has the cross-reference info.    Bob
