I don't see how you could beat this combo from modelexpo-online.com that runs for $149.99:

You get your compressor with receiver tank, filter-regulator, hoses,as well as a nice airbrush that runs for $40.00 by itself.

I am about where u are at needing to get a new one i got a paasche and it is old and just makin some hideous noises and i dont think it is pushin the air like it used to so i have been searching for a new one.I found and deal at lowes it was 49 dollars for a the compressor and had a 1.5 tank on it looked good to me but didnt actually see if plugged in and ran.I am also wanting something with a tank cuz the paashed is constantly running and gets hot when i am doin alot of painting. You might want to look at lowes cuz it was a decent lookin compressor and cheap and even came with a nailer so for the price was a good deal.At one time home depot had a compressor combo that was around 60 dollars and had the fittings with it for a airbrush but i havent been able to find it again. I hope that helps

Need advice on compressor

I'm looking for reccomendations for a good compressor. I've tried asking over at a couple of other sites but all I'm getting is confused. I need a compressor with a tank that is between $50 and $125. Noise is not too much of an issue. If you reccomend a compressor, please include a link to where I can buy one because I am seriously suffering from a lack of confidence! Thanks for any help!
