Iwata Revolution HP-TR1

Not really in the market for yet another AB, but a recent mini review of the Iwata Revolution HP-TR1 in one of the modeling mags peaked my interest. Seems like a very unique design that would require some re-training to get used to, but the mini-review gave it very high praise.  For near $200 USD, it's definitely not a cheapie.  Has anyone bought one or tried one or have an opinion on the design ?

Regards,  Rick

The Revolution design that you're speaking of was, IMHO, designed for guys who liked the feel of a spray gun, but didn't necessarily have that large of a volume of paint to spray.  An example would be for small touch ups or detail work with thicker viscosity paints.  I personally do not see the advantage of that brush for the hobbyist to use, but then again some may like that spray gun feel.  HTH.
