Closest match for Humbrol Aircraft Blue

I am in the process of switching to acrylics, and no one else besides Humbrol makes Aircraft Blue. This is for a Polikarpov I-152. What's the closest acrylic match for it, preferably Gunze-Sangyo or Tamiya?
