I was rereading the supplement "Airbrushing with Acrylics" in the Nov 07 copy of FSM, on how to airbrush with Future. There is a part about using Tamiya Flat Base X-21 to reduce the gloss shine. I was wondering what kind of mix ratio's should be used to get a flat shine and a semi-gloss shine. Has anyone have any experiance with this that they care to share?
Thanks you for any help

For flat finishes, I mix 4 parts Future to 1 part Flat Base
For less flat I go with say 5 to 1 or 6 to 1.
Any less than 4 to 1 and you risk "white chalkiness" in the finish.
