Squadron is a great online merchant and stocks just about everything, their search engine sucks.
Go to their search page and select Paints/Pigments. You can then either search all manufacturers or select the one you want, in this case Testors from USA. They don't distinguish between regular Testors, Model Master or Boyd's so you'll have to paw through the pages
Great Models search engine is slightly better, but you'll still need to pore through page after page as it doesn't recognize Model Master.
