The MM buffing metalizers are not intended to be masked over nor top coated.  I've never tried Future over it, but I'd sure test it on a scrap piece before trying it on a model.

If my memory serves me, I think there is a specific metalizer sealer made for the MM Metaliziers. I've used it as a clear coat on paint other than metalizers. I also did airbrush it on a metal finish one time, it was actualy a model of a knight,  but it dulled the finish and I didn't really like that effect. I suggest buying some and test it on some scrap to see if you like it.  You can buy it from www.Greatmodels.com item # TES 1409 1-3/4oz. Metalizer Sealer

I hope this helps you in some way. BTW what model are you working on?

Future doesn't work that well.  I've done it but I didn't like the results because it doesn't look "Real" any more.  The sheen or depth or something is gone and it doesn't have that true metallic look.
