Hi there,
Humbrol enamels ?? Any good quality 'White Spirit' [denatured alcohol], or enamel thinners. If you want to use Humbrol's own, that's fine, some people keep the paints and thinners to one brand, others don't. I've always used 'White Spirit' with Humbrol enamels, never had any trouble. What are you painting ?
All the best,
Mick C.

For best results, use Humbrol thinner if you can get it.  Thin @ approximately 1 part thiunner to three parts paint or the consistency of 2% milk.

Humbrol rules:  Best paint on the market IMO.  That said I Personally use "brand-X" from your local hardware or HP store.  The particular brand I use is Sterling's, Thin-X, Mineral Spirits.  The Mineral spirits are super cheap compared to "Humbrol Thinner" or if you would use another Manufacturers brand named thinner.  Don't be lulled in by; "for best results".

I have never had a problem with it.  GL!
