Compressor?
Posted by Buckeye on Saturday, February 9, 2008 6:11 PM

My old compressor was about 15 years old without a tank, ran constantly and used a needle valve to regulate pressure to the brush.

I'm looking for something better for my son and I to use.  The March issue shows two compressors on page 9 in the Model Expo add.  Does anyone know anything about these two units?

Thanks for your help.

I don't have the magazine in front of me, but if I recall, that compressor looks identical to the one I just bought at Harbor Freight Tools for $79.  Its quiet, comes with a regulator/moisture trap and  has run okay so far. I've only used a few times yet but I don't expect any problems.

I have been using enamels in the past but we are both looking at the water based paints.  We spray about once a month but would like to do more.
