Try Wingspallette website. I know they are on here as a link in the reference area from not too long ago.

First, Welcome to the Forums Sign - Welcome [#welcome].  Splinter Camo was widely used on most all early Luftwaffe aircraft, but the pattern varied depending on the aircraft.  If you tell us what aircraft you are modeling, I'm sure you'll get a lot more response.
